Former member of the MERT team (Massage Emergency Response Team) dispatched as a volunteer to NY City after 911  to work on construction workers, fireman and police officers involved in the recovery effort at ground zero.

Focus on finding the cause of the problem for long lasting relief instead of just temporarily fixing symptoms.                                                                                                   

I became a therapist over 30 years ago to with a desire to help people and make a difference.

Im a big believer in moving and bike and or work out in the gym daily.  I use my experience to help clients learn movements to keep them pain free and increase their mobility.
